Inscro8 immediately transmits important information to all relevant employees! The messages appear on the recipients desktop directly as a dynamic ticker tape. The sender is able to know at any point in time if and when the recipient has acknowledged the message. In addition, it is also possible to request answers from the recipient (e.g. surveys, status reports, etc.). |

For many companies it is often important for messages to reach the relevant employees immediately. Sending emails does not guarantee that everyone will be able to acknowledge the information right away. It is possible to relay the information via the telephone. However, this is timely and only makes sense for companies who have very few staff.
Inscro8 can transmit important information at once and to any number of employees. The information will appear immediately, in the form of a news ticker, on the recipients desktop.
Whether these are ad hoc messages (e.g. changes of product prices or conditions to office and field-based sales staff) or automated messages (e.g. information about server breakdowns, software updates, etc.).
Inscro8 features a powerful user and group administration tool, in order to send specific messages solely to the recipients that the information is relevant to. The integrated archive and log file system allows for a complete overview of who sent which message when and who has or has not yet received these messages.
Inscro8 is based on the client server principle and sends messages using the Push method. Data traffic in the network is only produced when messages are sent. Therefore, the demand of Inscro8 on the network is very low. Inscro8 can be installed as an application or a service.
Other than the pure information transmission it is of course also possible to send messages, which the recipients needs to respond to (e.g. surveys, status reports, etc.). For this purpose, Inscro8 provides an integrated form generator, that can be used to quickly and easily produce questionnaires or other attachments for the messages.
